Operations Director

Brian is a marketing and project management professional with over thirteen years experience in a wide range of marketing disciplines. He holds a degree in Marketing and has passed his Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) post graduate professional qualifications. Brian has been a full member of CIM for ten years.

Brian has worked on hundreds of branding programmes, marketing campaigns and bid support projects for a wide range of clients. He is an expert in Bid Support project management and has worked on numerous tenders and prequals for clients such as JJ Rhatigan, Walls, John Paul, Graham, ABM, Sammon, Rogers, Cleary & Doyle, Bowen and GEM.

Brian manages the design and production of large Bid projects and oversees the design team in the Dublin office.

Sheena Lowey

Managing Director

Sheena Lowey has over 15 years' experience in award winning tender and marketing consultancy covering tender scope of services, tender management, bid libraries, client research, presentation skills training and usable marketing / business development strategies, award entry applications to a diverse range of industry sectors.

Her role is to help clients to produce world-class, winning proposals that are consistently aligned to their customers' real needs, differentiating them from the competition. She does this by assisting businesses to tender more effectively for new business by benchmarking their capability and then improving this through our tailored consultancy and training services.

She has successfully won tenders for clients to NAMA, HSE, Pobal, County Councils throughout Ireland, SEAI, Health Business Services, Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, and National Padiatric Hospital Development Board, to name a few.

He holds a Batchelor of Commerce from NUIG and a degree in marketing from the Marketing Institute of Ireland.

Eoin Lonergan

Associate

Eoin Lonergan is one of Ireland's leading procurement, commercial negotiation and tendering experts, and one of only three CIPS Fellows in Ireland. He was appointed the first Sourcing Director of the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) of Ireland in 2013, and he played a key role in establishing the new approach to category management and central procurement for the public sector. He previously held senior consulting and leadership roles at EY, PwC and Deloitte and he has extensive international experience in delivering management training. Eoin has authored three text books on Commercial & Procurement topics and has exceptionally strong experience in bid writing, complex tendering and tender evaluation. An award winning practitioner and consultant, Eoin is also the Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) RoI Branch and is a recognised leading expert in his field. Eoin has helped many clients win significant contracts through his work for Tender Team.

Nicholas Cloake

Design Associate

Nicholas graduated with honours from DIT in Visual Communications in 1982.

Over his long career he has worked on a myriad of assignments in every sector from Food to Financial Services. He currently concentrates on branding and bid management. You may be familiar with some of his work such as brand development for Greenstar, the EPA and Waterways Ireland, the Department of the Environment, the RIAI, CIT and a host of other organisations. Over the past 15 years he have worked on a huge number of different tender projects from simple design assignments to managing €200 million submissions.

Nicholas is the founding Chairman of Design Business Ireland and also served two terms as Chairman of the Graphic Design Business Association. He was elected to the Council of the Institute of Designers of Ireland and has worked with the Dublin Institute of Technology in the recruitment of senior lecturing staff. Nicholas was Deputy Chairman of the Docklands Business Forum for four years and he sat on the Dublin City Council Environmental SPC.

Nicholas acted as creative director and lead designer on 11 projects that were awarded Irish Design Effectiveness Awards.
